The swan’s neck crest centering three brass urn finials above the rectangular case centering a painted wooden dial with floral spandrels above the églomisé panel depicting a manor house within a gilt floral border flanked by freestanding columns, raised on a molded base above delicate French feet centering a scalloped apron.
