*SAVAGE MODEL 1899F TAKE DOWN LEVER ACTION RIFLE. Cal. 250-3000. SN 248274. Lightweight version with 22″ tapered rnd bbl, pedestal front sight, missing the rear sight and with a Lyman 57SA tang sight. It has uncheckered wood with straight stock & schnable tip forearm with serrated steel buttplate. CONDITION: Good. Blue/gray patina overall with scattered spots of light surface rust on the bottom of the receiver. Wood is sound and retains most of an old refinish with a replaced chip at the toe and a filled compass hole in the comb. Mechanics are fine, bright shiny bore. 4-54403 JR135 (250-500)
