RUTH R. MUNSON (American, Last quarter of the 20th Century) “EVE IN THE GARDEN”. Large oil on canvas scene shows a nude woman standing in front of a large tree in landscape scene. Signed bottom right “R. Rames”. Titled and signed on reverse “Eve in the Garden Jan 1976 Ruth R. Muson”. We can only assume that her middle/maiden name is Rames. Housed in a decorative wood frame with linen and gold liner. SIZE: 48″ x 36″. PROVENANCE: From a Belfast, Maine home. CONDITION: Discolored varnish, otherwise very good. 9-92967 (300-500)
