SMITH & WESSON #3 RUSSIAN 3RD MODEL COMMERCIAL REVOLVER. Cal. 44 Russian. Nickel finish, 6-1/2” reissue keyhole ribbed bbl with integral front sight and smooth 2-pc walnut grips. There is the date 1874 above the serial number on the butt. Lanyard loop and stud are missing. Trigger guard is without the reverse curved finger rest. SN 5524. CONDITION: Fine. All matching including the grips. Overall retains 85-90% dull nickel with light surface rust. Grips are sound with small flat spots on the high point. Battered and possibly replaced screws.
