This seaside oil painting was done in June of 1980, a later painting was published on the cover of the August 1980 Yankee Magazine which resides in their collection. Scene shows winding path to beach with ocean and sails beyond. Several trees line pathway, but most prominent is the large number of colorful poppies. Signed lower right, housed in a linen lined gold carved wood frame. SIZE: 16″ h x 20″ w. CONDITION: Near excellent. 9-91950 (2,000-4,000)
