TIFFANY SAPPHIRE & DIAMOND BROOCH/PENDANT. Exceptional old Tiffany brooch is 14kt yellow gold and silver with enameled decoration. The brooch is set with five fine blue sapphires and twenty-three old European cut diamonds. The center sapphire is a uniquely cut 8 x 10mm cushion that weighs approx. 4.0ct with a clarity grade of VS1. The four other sapphires are cut in a fan shape and have a total weight of approx. 1.33ct again VS1. The twenty-three old European cut diamonds have a total weight of approx. 1.33ct (VS1). The outline of the brooch is set with tiny rose cut melees of which about 50% are missing. Brooch comes with contemporary 14kt yellow gold chain. 5-69479 (3,000-5,000)
