*RARE WINCHESTER MODEL 61 PUMP SHOTGUN.

*RARE WINCHESTER MODEL 61 PUMP SHOTGUN. Cal. 22 LR Shot. SN 51759. Standard grade rifle/shotgun with 24” rnd bbl, single silver bead, 3/4 magazine with matted top receiver. The wood is straight grain American walnut with ribbed forearm and semi-pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate. It has standard counter bore of approximately 1/4” and the bbl is marked “FOR SHOT ONLY”. CONDITION: Bbl and magazine tube retain 97-98% strong bright original blue with a ding on the bbl and very fine muzzle edge wear. Receiver retains about 98% strong bright original blue with some very fine light surface rust on the left side and a couple of nicks with a scratch or two on the right side and some tiny pinpoints of rust. Wood is sound with a ding on the wrist and usual light handling and use marks and retains most of the original bright varnish on the forearm and about 90% on the butt stock, only because someone cleaned an area on the wrist.
