MASSACHUSETTS MILITIA MUSKET. Cal. 72. 42” bbl. Commercial Ashmore lock. 1824 date on the bbl with the acceptance proof mark. Ramrod is a replacement. Re-converted from percussion. NSN CONDITION: Bbl has been clean top gray with light moderate pitting, mostly at the breech. Wood has several small cracks and shows a repair at the wrist with light sanding.
