SCHOOL OF JOSEF ISRAELS (Dutch, 1824-1911) SEWING TIME. Oil on canvas interior scene shows a young woman seated mending a piece of clothing. Her sewing accessories are set beside her and a potted flower is seen on right side. Housed in a modern gilt frame. SIZE: 24″ x 16″. CONDITION: Signature appears to have been added, inpainting with masking varnish, visible stretcher lines. Otherwise very good. 9-92609 (400-800)
