SMITH & WESSON MODEL 39 FULL FACTORY CUT AWAY. Cal. 9mm. NSN. Late Model 39 with 4” bbl, adjustable sights, blued slide with black anodized alloy frame and checkered medallion walnut grips. The right side of the frame, slide and bbl, are cut away to reveal all of the internal working parts. The left side is also cut away in specific areas. The chamber and bore are also cut away making this incapable of firing a cartridge, therefore it is a non-gun. Model number and serial number were ground away from the left side. Accompanied by an original type 2-pc blue and silver Bangor Punta box. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Retains most of its original factory finish. Box is fine. 4-52969 JR711 (400-700)
