FINE JACOB KUCHENREUTER FLINTLOCK PISTOL. NSN. Cal. 50. 9-5/8” ribbed bbl. Marked with a gold knight on horseback cartouche at the rear and the name and sight surrounded by inlaid silver wire scrolls. Metal has been polished. The ramrod is a replacement. The frizzen has been faced but the lock appears to be original flintlock. CONDITION: Scattered light pitting. Stock is solid with repairs at the rear lockplate screw and along the forearm.
