ROPER REVOLVING SHOTGUN. Cal. 12 ga. SN: 491. 28” rnd bbl, including removable choke tube. Marked “ROPER SPORTING ARMS CO. / HARTFORD, CONN. / PAT. APR. 10, 1866, JULY. 14, 1868” on the action cover. With an original steel cartridge. CONDITION: 90% blue on the bbl. Colors on the action have mostly faded to silver. Wood has minor handling marks. Action is fine. 4-52711 FS172 (1,500-2,000)
