FRANK W. SMITH STERLING TEA SERVICE. Beautiful five piece sterling silver tea and coffee service by Frank W. Smith Silver Co. of Massachusetts is comprised of a coffee pot, teapot, waste bowl, covered sugar, and creamer. Each piece with everted rim with C-scrolled Rococo cartouches, the spouts and handles with scrolling vinery and leaf tips all with foliate chase work raised on leaf-headed scroll feet. Each piece engraved in script on the base “M.F.B. from A.L.B. December Nineteenth 1883-1908.”, etched with social security ID number, stamped “sterling 2268”. Weight: 78 tr. oz. SIZE: Coffee pot is 9″ t. CONDITION: Very good with front edge of smaller pot slightly upturned. 9-90054 (1,500-2,500)
