PAIRPOINT FARM SCENE LAMP. Wonderful Pairpoint Carlisle shade is obverse painted with a scene of a farmhouse, trees and flocks of birds in the sky, against a frosted background glass. The shade is then painted on the interior with a pink shading at the top of the shade. The resulting effect is a sunset sky. Similar shade is pictured in Malakoff’s book “Pairpoint Lamps” on page 125. Shade rests on simple Pairpoint four footed base with double socket cluster. Base has gold finish and is marked on the bottom “Pairpoint”. SIZE: Shade is 17-1/2” dia. Overall height is 21”. CONDITION: Slight wear and discoloration to finish on base, otherwise very good. 5-71322 (2,000-3,000)
