MAX LEIMGRUB (German, 19th/20th Century) PAIR OF ALPINE LAKE SCENES. Oil on panel scene show snow covered mountain background in a spring setting. One having a boat with two people on a calm lake with foreground shoreline. Other a shallow end with rocks showing lakefront scattered with houses. Signed lower left and other lower right “M Leimgrub”. Housed in identical period gesso decorated gilt frames with wood gilt liner. SIZE: 6” x 10-1/4”. CONDITION: Frames have damage, surface dirt.
