The twelve by twelve checkerboard has green and mustard painted squares flanked by two rectangular trays having a monogram “RM” with intertwining foliate decoration in gold to brown. The monograms are gold with salmon and red shadows. Applied molded frame in mahogany. Backside with a silhouette painting of two men playing the game titled “Le Coup Fatal”. Signed by the artist of the board “P. Fafard”. Silhouette is shown with an ivory against a black background. SIZE: 18-3/4” x 30-3/4”. CONDITION: Generally very good. 9-70925 (1,500-2,500)
