*WINCHESTER MODEL 1895 SADDLE RING CARBINE. Cal. 30 Army (30-40). SN 402008. Standard carbine with 22” rnd bbl, pedestal front sight and 1800-yard ladder rear sight. It has a grasping groove forearm with single band and short hand guard. It has straight grip stock and carbine butt plate with trap containing a cord and brass pull through with brush. There is a stud and ring in the left side of the receiver. CONDITION: Extremely fine plus, as new, retaining virtually all of its original factory finish to both metal and wood. There is one small mar on the exposed part of the bbl and a couple of tiny spots on the right side of the receiver. Wood has a couple of tiny handling and storage mars, otherwise it is near perfect.
