PAIRPOINT JUNGLE BIRD LAMP. This wonderful Pairpoint Jungle Bird lamp begins with a reverse painted Carlisle shade with a scene of jungle birds in their natural habitat. One side depicts two exotic birds set against tropical foliage resting in a tree. Another scene depicts a single multi-colored exotic bird resting on a branch while yet another single bird is depicted amongst its tropical foliage (This is very unusual as most versions usually depict two birds on one side and a single bird on the back). This shade is painted in lush colors of purple, green, blue, and earthen hues. Against these colors, primary red, yellow, and blue represent the jungle birds. Signed “Pairpoint Corp.” on both shade and base. SIZE: Shade is 18″ dia. Overall height is 21″. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent, while the base shows heavy tarnish. 5-61696 (5,000-7,000)
