PAIR OF SEVRES URNS. Lovely pair of dark blue urns is decorated with heavy gold enamel. The center panel depicts a painted scene of a man and a woman sitting on a bench with sheep by their side on one vase. The other vase depicts a man and a woman with a dog and a bird in cage. Both urns have back panels painted with landscape scenes and a building. Each vase has applied brass trim and handles and rests on a brass foot. Marked on the underside “Sevres Handpainted Made in France”. SIZE: 17-1/2” t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-71270 (1,200-1,800)
