DOUBLE-HANDLED WEDGWOOD BOUGH POT. This magnificently striking early Wedgwood has a beautiful Jasper blue background with full standing classical female figures and trees decorating the sides. Elaborate attached white handles on the sides. Topped with original open work lid that is ornamented with white flowers and leaves. Signed on underside, “Wedgwood”. SIZE: 15 in. to top of finial. CONDITION: Some of the applied work has separations which occurred at the time of drying, however there is no damage and the color is very strong and bright. 5-61511 (1,750-2,750)
