SHOULDER STOCK FOR SMITH & WESSON NEW MODEL #3 REVOLVER. Blued finish, with a notch at the top of the backstrap and the bottom of the butt. Wood is straight grain walnut and S&W logo hard rubber buttplate. CONDITION: Iron retains about 50-60% bright original blue with light surface rust. Stock has about a 1/2” x 2-1/2” sliver missing from the toe and is also missing about 1/2” of the toe of the buttplate. There are two or three small grain checks in the right side. Overall, it retains 80-85% original varnish with numerous small nicks, dings and scratches. 4-48040 JR121 (Anderson Collection) (500-1,500)
