HANDEL MT. FUJI TABLE LAMP. Rare and beautiful Handel lamp has reverse painted scene of Mt. Fuji in the background framed with vertical stands of bamboo trees. Reverse side shows bay with oriental ships and dock. Shade is signed “Handel 6945” and artist signature “John Bailey”. Shade rests atop a Handel bamboo base with three light cluster. Base is marked with a cloth tag “Handel Lamps”. SIZE: Shade is 18” dia. Overall height is 23”. CONDITION: Shade is very good to excellent. The base has some minor pitting to finish and has been rewired. 5-70795 (6,000-8,000)
