*ENGRAVED H&R U.S.R.A. MODEL SINGLE SHOT TARGET PISTOL. Cal. 22 LR. SN 3177. Usual configuration with scarce 8” ovoid shaped bbl, adjustable sights, flat side receiver with highly figured checkered 1-pc walnut grip. The bbl frame and trigger guard have been nicely engraved with about 40% coverage, after market engraving with well executed flourishes of foliate arabesque patterns and very fine punch dot background. An original U.S.R.A. box for a 10” bbl pistol, SN 2782, accompanies it. CONDITION: Very fine. Retains most of its original bright factory blue in the areas not engraved. Trigger and hammer retain most of their bright polish. Grip is sound with numerous small nicks and scratches on the bottom of the butt. Mechanics are crisp, brilliant shiny bore. Box has lightly worn corners with some light soil and an oil stained corner, otherwise is extremely fine. 4-52955 JR714 (500-1,000)
