AMERICAN EXPRESS IVER JOHNSON AUTO EJECTING DA REVOLVER. Cal. 38 S&W. Blued finish, 3-1/4” keyhole ribbed bbl with half moon front sight and 2-pc owls head hard rubber grips. Backstrap is marked “AM R EX” with a star at each end. Accompanied by a brown leather flap belt holster stamped on the front “AM. RY. EX. CO/I.J. 38”. SN 14626. CONDITION: About good. Retains about 50% thin blue overall with fine rust on left side of bbl and one spot of cylinder and some scattered fine pitting on frame. Grips are very fine and are matching numbered. Bright shiny bore. Mechanics are fine. Holster is quite worn with some drying and crackle surface with damage to the toe and a large rectangle cutout of the flap.
