LARGE OIL ON CANVAS SHIP PORTRAIT “FEARLESS” FLYING AMERICAN FLAG BY CHARLES TORREY (1859-1921). Three-mast ship in full sail sails right to left in blue/green/white sea. Green and yellow hull flying flags off mast. Signed and titled bottom right and dated 1914. Housed in its original gilt frame. The Peabody Museum has 8 examples of this Boston area artist.
