OUTSTANDING GEORGE IV SILVER FOOTED PUNCH BOWL. Maker’s mark is rubbed, possibly FE, London, 1804. Round bowl decorated with cut card-work alternating straps and double handled daggers. Engraved winged dragon with banner underneath “FRANGAS NON FLECTES” (“You may break me but you will not bend me”). Stepped dome base with molded top and bottom edge. Gold wash interior.
