TWO CARLTON WARE BOWLS. The two matching Carlton ware bowls have a dark blue lustre exterior with solid gold gilt foot and decorative gilt trim around the edge. Interior of bowls are decorated with New Stork pattern showing two beautifully enameled storks feeding at a pond with a large colorful tree in the foreground all against the dark blue lustrous background. Each marked on the underside “Carlton Ware”, “Made in England Trademark”. The larger bowl also has the remnants of an original Carlton ware paper label. SIZE: 6” dia and 4” dia. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 5-63666 (200-400)
