*CUSTOM BELGIUM BROWNING SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN. SN 56714V69. Cal. 20 ga. 26-3/8″ vented rib bbls with single silver sighting bead, 3″ chambers, and Briley thin wall choke tubes. Mounted with extremely fancy custom straight grip checkered stock with 14″ over checkered butt with engraved heel and toe plates. Schnable fore end with wrap around checkering. The receiver and appended metal are custom engraved in a foliate arabesque pattern with shaded background, gold wired border, five gold game birds, and Browning in gold across bottom. Trigger guard also carries gold serial number. The craftsman of this fine work is unknown to us but its outstanding quality speaks for itself. Bore diameter: top -.619, bottom -.620. Bore restrictions: top -SC, bottom -SC. Wall thickness: top -.036, bottom -.042. Drop at heel: 2″, drop at comb: 1-1/4″. Weight:6lbs 3oz. Accompanied by Huey oak and leather case, compartmentalized and fitted with accessories. CONDITION: Extremely fine. Bbls retain nearly all orig blue finish and custom French gray receiver and appended metal appear as new. Stock is solid with only a couple minor handling marks with fine, crisp checkering.
