FOUR PIECES OF ZSOLNAY POTTERY. Lot consists of four nice pieces of contemporary Zsolnay pottery. 1) Owl on a book with feather in talon with contemporary “1868” mark and artist signed “Orye”. SIZE: 6-1/2 in. t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 2) Figurine of seated Spaniel in unusual mahogany glaze with contemporary “1868” mark and artist signed “Orye”. SIZE: 4-3/4 in. t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 3) Cache pot with decorative openwork rim and mottled mahogany glaze with contemporary “1868” mark. Small scratch to glaze just under the mark, may indicate experimental piece. SIZE: 4-1/4 in. t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent. 4) Small display sign in white porcelain with gold trim and blue lettering “Handpainted Hungarian Porcelain by Zsolnay Pecs”. SIZE: 5 in. w x 4-1/2 in. t.
