*BROWNING/FABRIQUE NATIONALE B1 GRADE TWO BBL SET SUPERLITE STYLE SUPERPOSED SHOTGUN. SN 3733V73. Cal. 20ga./410. Both bbl sets are 28″ matted vent rib with single silver sighting bead, 3″ chambers and choke marked MOD./FULL, ejectors and single trigger. The B1 engraved receiver is of flower bouquet surrounded by moderate foliate arabesque scroll on both left, right, and bottom of receiver with remainder of receiver and appended metal in simple foliate arabesque scroll. Mounted in nicely streaked straight grain walnut with checkered bullet-style fore end and checkered straight grip stock. 14-1/4″ to Browning hard rubber butt plate. This is not a true superlite, as it has a square frame and is simply a straight grip European field gun. Bore diameter: top .620 , bottom .620. Bore restrictions: top .024, bottom .011. Wall thickness: top .038, bottom .034. Drop at heel: 1-7/8″, drop at comb: 1-3/8″. Weight:.6lbs 6ozs. These are measurements with a 20ga bbl. Measurements on 410 are N/A. CONDITION: Extremely fine, and appears to be basically unfired. Bbls retain 99% of their original blue with only the faintest of light handling marks. Gray receiver and appended metal are clean, bright, and sharp. Stocks are sound with virtually all their original finish and only a few light handling marks with clean sharp checkering.
