Base is signed “PAIRPOINT MFG. CO. 3091” plus “P” in a diamond. SIZE: 13″ diameter to sit in 10″ diameter ring. Overall height is 22″. CONDITION: 2″ area to inside of top area opening is chipped. Small chipped area on bottom rim plus one other small chip and small chips to lower rim of shade. Very worn patina on base. 5-67230 (8,000-12,000)
