LIONEL #68 EXECUTIVE INSPECTION CAR AND #54 BALLAST TAMPER. Inspection car body is cream and red, roof is cream. Ballast tamper #54 black base, yellow cabin, gray mechanism. Original figure is there. All trim is complete. CONDITION: Inspection car paint is near excellent but dirty. One or two minor aggravations on body and roof. Very minor chipping on chrome bumpers. Great piece. Ballast tamper body and frame are near excellent. Little mark on gray frame that holds tamping unit. Overall near excellent. EC 1-6614 (300-400)
