WEDGWOOD FAIRYLAND LUSTRE BOWL. Lovely octagon shaped bowl has Castle on a Road pattern on exterior with varying views of a castle through each panel. Interior of bowl is done in Boxing Match pattern which depicts blue Imps engaged in a boxing match with fairies flying above and watching from trees. Bottom of bowl is decorated with swirling purple lustre and finished with gold gilt flowers. Marked on underside with Portland vase mark, “Wedgwood”, “Made in England” and pattern “Z5125”. SIZE: 11-1/2” dia x 5-3/8” t. CONDITION: Some scratches to interior bottom, otherwise very good. 5-63976 (7,000-10,000)
