LARGE PORCELAIN PLAQUE. Outstanding Sevres-style porcelain plaque depicts dirt road along a riverbed with an ox wagon and farmer as well as a man in rowboat in river. Top of river has scene of small village. Painting is done in wonderful rich colors and nice detail. Porcelain plaque is housed in ornate gold frame. SIZE: Plaque is approx. 10” x 12”. Overall is 15” x 17-1/2”. CONDITION: Plaque has some minor scratches to upper right hand corner, otherwise very good to excellent. Frame is missing some gesso at corner and has been repainted. 5-62391 (500-800)
