1860 PATTERN SWORD. 34-5/8” single fuller blade. “U.S” on the right ricasso is the only marking still visible other than numerous over stamped numbers on the guard. CONDITION: Light to moderate pitting overall on the blade. Scabbard is slightly pitted with many dents. Grip is missing about half the leather covering and several chips of wood. The wire wrap is also missing. The guard is slightly bent at the rear and is not catching on the pommel. 4-48838 FS193 (250-350)
