ATTRIBUTED TO JOHANN HEINRICH ROOS (German, 1631-1685) SHEPHERD WITH SHEEP. Oil on canvas mounted on masonite scene shows a shepherd with long stick herding sheep to the water. All in a landscape with house in mountains. Signed lower right “J. Roos”. Housed in a 19th Century gesso decorated gold frame. SIZE: 20-1/2″ x 30-1/2″.
