DOG/LION POMMEL SILVER HILT SABER. An exceptionally well executed sword showing great detail to the dog/lion pommel. Guard is comprised of ovals intricately cut and woven together from a single piece of silver. Grip is ebony, wrapped in silver wire. Single fuller blade. SIZE: Blade is 26-7/8″, overall 33-1/4″. CONDITION: Silver hilt is in excellent condition with only the most minor trace of use and wear. Ebony grip is solid with all silver wire wrap intact. The single fuller blade has a gray/brown patina with minor pitting scattered throughout the blade. 4-48995 BF9 (6,500-7,500)
