Including the Brig Mary Edward Coffin whaling voyage from Halifax Nova Scotia 1789, (46 pages). Sloop Tegga from Halifax to the West Indies a whaling cruise 1790 (26 pages). Schooner Hope from Halifax to Grand Bank 1791(8 pages). Brig Eagle 1792 whaling voyage from Nantucket (28 pages). Brig Amazone Nantucket to Brazil whaling voyage 1793 (42 pages). Other ports of departure include Boston, and New York, Book has what appears to be its original leather binder. Has pictures of whale tails for whale kills. Entries mention masters of the ships, latitudes, longitudes, and weather. An important historical document of the whaling trade.
