FINE AMES MODEL 1840 MUSICIANS SWORD. 28” single fuller straight blade has standard Ames marking on the left ricasso, US inspectors mark and the date 1864 on the right. The leather scabbard has brass throat and drag. CONDITION: Blade is excellent with high polish bright appearance.
