SIGNED GALLE WHEELCARVED FLORAL BOX. The lid entirely wheel carved with transparent flowers and leaves on cream and translucent marbled and mottled glass. The box with pink, brown and yellow marbling. Engraved signature “GALLE” on the lid, engraved signature underneath. “GALLE 1898”. SIZE: 4″ tall by 6 3/4″ diameter. CONDITION: 1 1/4″ “W” shaped crack to rim, nearly through all layers of glass, apparently from manufacture. Three small open bubbles on bottom edge, otherwise good.
