STARR BELGIUM CONVERSION REVOLVER. Cal 44CF. SN 12305. Built on a DBL action army with 6” bbl and 1-pc walnut grip. This revolver has been converted to its present configuration with a new cylinder with 5 chambers. Otherwise externally appears original. The cylinder has usual Belgian proofs and there are small Belgian proofs on the various other parts. The frame takedown screw is a replacement. CONDITION: Extremely fine. All matching including the new cylinder. Retains about 80% original blue turned dull on the frame. Cylinder retains about 60% of the Belgian blue. Bright shiny bore with scattered light pitting.
