BRU FASHION DOLL ON FULLY ARTICULATED WOODEN BODY. Early round faced fashion with head incised “D” on separate bisque shoulder plate on original wooden body fully jointed including waist, wrist and ankles. She has a hint of a smile, pale blue glass paperweight eyes and retains her original scalloped collarette attaching the shoulder to the torso. The original dress is of a fine cotton gauze with horizontal insert ribbon and lace panels and she wears her original fancy dark blonde mohair wig with fancy curls over original cork pate. Completing the outfit is a period green wool cape with silk collar and lovely newer brown leather boots with fashion heels. SIZE: 16-1/2″ (41cm). CONDITION: Excellent. 1-8366 RS (7,000-9,000)
