ROBY MODEL 1860 CAVALRY SWORD. 34-7/8” dbl fuller blade marked “C. ROBY / W. CHELMSFORD / MASS” on the left ricasso and “U.S. / 1865 / A.G. M” on the right. Leather covered grip with twisted brass wire. Iron scabbard with iron mounts. CONDITION: Right blade with light rust stains and a few nicks on the edge. Minor scuffs through the leather on the grip, otherwise the hilt is fine. Minor scratches and dents on the scabbard with some light rust. 4-48608 FS155 (Lowry Estate) (650-1,000)
