*SPECTACULAR CSM A.H. FOX FE SPECIAL GRADE SIDE BY SIDE SHOTGUN. SN F205913. Cal 20ga. 26″ Krupp fluid steel bbls, matted tapered concave rib with single ivory sighting bead, 2-3/4″ chambers, IMP. MOD/FULL chokes, ejectors and double trigger, right bbl has inlaid in gold “MADE TO ORDER, A.H. FOX”, left bbl has “Krupp-Fluid-Steel” inlaid in gold, each bbl has a single gold band at chamber and muzzle, and about a 1″ wedge of flat inlaid gold scroll over the chambers. Rib extension is also outlined in gold wire with an open scroll pattern in gold. The elaborately engraved receiver, an appended metal, is covered with an open floral scroll inlaid in flat yellow gold, and highlighted on receiver in white gold, left side with 2 woodcock, a pointer locked on point, A.H. FOX, and a fleeing rooster on bottom, and a pair of ruff grouse on right side, bobwhite in flight on pivot of top lever, and a rooster pheasant on the trigger guard bow and serial number also inlaid in white gold. Inside forend iron inlaid in fine gold wire scroll as are the patten dates, serial number and grade designation. Watertable of receiver has gold wire and inlaid serial number, patten dates and bbl flats inlaid with FE special, serial number, grade and 2-3/4″. This is all executed over a polished black background by Leupold Schicle. Mounted in exhibition grade walnut with fleur de lis checkered forend with black tip insert, fleur de lis checkered straight grip with fleur de lis checkered side pannels. 14-1/2″ to fleur de lis checkered butt. Bore diameter: left -.615 , right -.614. Bore restrictions: left -.018, right -.024. Wall thickness: left -.034, right -.038. Drop at heel: 2-1/2″, drop at comb: 1-1/2″. Weight: 5 lbs 14oz. CONDITION: As new and probably unfired since manufacturer in 2006. There are a few faint handing marks, but overall gun appears to be as the day it was shipped. Accompanied with factory hanging tags and an E-mailed letter from manufacturer identifying the engraver. 4-32031 BDT91 (20,000-30,000)
