EMERSON & SILVER 1860 CAVALRY SWORD. 34-7/8” dbl fuller blade is marked “EMERSON / & / SILVER / TRENTON / N.J.” on the left ricasso and “U.S / I.M / 1864” on the right. Iron scabbard is brazed along the bottom edge. CONDITION: Very good with light to moderate pitting scattered on the blade and moderate pitting with cleaning signs on the scabbard.
