ANTEBELLUM MILITIA SWORD. 29”single fuller blade etched on both sides with New York dealer “A.W: Spies” mark on the right side. Iron scabbard with applied iron mounts. CONDITION: Bright blade with numerous small nicks in the edge. Smooth gray patina on the external parts. The checkered bone grip has some small natural cracks.
