*SMITH & WESSON BRITISH LEND-LEASE REVOLVER. Cal 38 S&W. SN 958276. Standard wartime production M&P revolver with 5” bbl, half moon integral front sight and smooth 2-pc walnut grips with a lanyard loop in the butt. It has a Parkerized finish with British proofs on the right side of the frame and import mark of Vega Corp on the left side of the frame. The top strap is marked “UNITED STATES PROPERTY” and there is a tiny flaming bomb and inspector initials on the butt. CONDITION: Extremely fine, probably refinished. Retains most of its Parkerizing, crisp grips, brilliant shiny bore, and fine mechanics. 4-50465 JR382 (250-500)
