FIGURAL SERPENT CAP GUN/PEA SHOOTER. Circa. 1890’s. Extremely rare and important figural pistol, only one known. When dolphin trigger is pulled back, cap is inserted in top of serpent’s head, and pea is placed in mouth. Upon pulling the trigger, the cap explodes and the pea is ejected. Originally found in auction Mauch Chunk, PA. SIZE: 2 3/4″. CONDITION: Overall very good. MC 1-4264 (2,000-3,000)
