DOUGLAS BANE (American, 20th C) COYOTE. Oil on masonite shows a resting coyote nestled against a wood log on snow covered ground. Small dried plants and birch trees surround him. Nice detail. Signed lower right “Douglas Bane 1989”. Housed in a weathered molded wood frame with linen liner. Bane is a native Mainer and is known for his wildlife paintings and carvings. SIZE: 22” x 28”.
