HILLIARD BREECH LOADING SHOTGUN. Cal. measures 18 ga. 25-3/4” rnd bbl, marked “G.E. HILLIARD / CORNISH. / N.H.” on top of the bbl. George Hilliard was the brother of David and succeeded him in business from 1873 to 1900. This shotgun action is similar to that made by Shattuck. CONDITION: Rust/brown patina overall. Tip of the hammer spur is broken off and missing. There is a large chip missing on the right side of the stock at the action. Wood has been sanded and reoiled. 4-52732 FS188 (300-500)
